The challenges of working with children are well documented however, what is less talked about is the potential benefits when you get some little stars. Both the participants in this series on children’s wellbeing were absolute naturals on camera and gave the final piece real character.
Filmed in a primary school in East London, this project was design to provide help and advice around children’s physical and mental wellbeing. This was part of a series of eight videos shot across two days.
These films had a limited release as the programme they were supporting was a pilot. However, given the positive responses towards the films, talks are underway to look at a wider release in the coming months.
I was responsible for the cinematography, camera operation and post production on this project.
